Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WooXStream. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WooXStream plugin, the wooxstream.com website, and any related services provided by us. By accessing our site or purchasing our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product License and Use

WooXStream is distributed as a commercial WordPress plugin. Upon purchase, you are granted a license according to the plan selected (Single Site or Unlimited Sites) through the Freemius platform.

  • The plugin utilizes a secure 2-Layer Code Obfuscation system. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise interfere with the protective mechanisms.
  • The use of the valid License Key is mandatory to operate the core functionalities of the plugin. Disabling or bypassing the Freemius integration will break the plugin.

2. Refund Policy

We stand behind our product's quality. WooXStream offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If the software does not properly function in your environment as advertised within the first 14 days of your purchase, you may request a refund through your Freemius dashboard or by contacting support. Note: We reserve the right to decline refunds if we determine the refund policy is being abused.

3. Subscriptions & Renewals

By purchasing a monthly or annual subscription, you authorize us (via Freemius) to automatically charge the payment method on file on the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your Freemius account dashboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

WooXStream acts solely as a bridge connecting your WordPress installation and your Xtream streaming panel database.

  • You agree that WooXStream is not liable for the content, legal status, broadcasting rights, or distribution of the media provided on your Xtream servers.
  • WooXStream is strictly software. We do not provide streaming servers, media content, or panel hosting.
  • In no event shall WooXStream, nor its developers, be held liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

5. Privacy & Zero-Data Architecture

WooXStream operates on a Zero-Data Architecture. The plugin sends AES-256 encrypted payloads to our Cloudflare Worker to act as an intermediator to prevent plain-text SQL injection generation locally. The Worker does not receive your plain-text database credentials, nor does it store customer data. All resulting Xtream interactions happen locally on your WordPress server.

6. Support Policy

Premium Support is provided only to customers with an active, valid license. Support is limited to the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of WooXStream bugs. Support does not cover modifications to the source code, custom feature requests, or troubleshooting third-party plugins that conflict with WooCommerce core flows.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the up-to-date Terms.
